Date of the Carpa Festival in Fuerteventura
The concert festival held at Playa de la Barca takes place at the end of July and the beginning of August. In previous editions, it started on July 19 and ended on August 3, with concerts taking place every consecutive night in the tent set up on the beach.
Each night, the musical performances begin at approximately 10:00 PM and continue until dawn. Throughout the night, you can drink, dance, and enjoy yourself for as long as you can keep up.
Ticket Prices for the Carpa Festival
Ticket prices vary depending on the day and the scheduled performances. Some concerts are free, while others require a paid ticket, with prices ranging from approximately €10 to €20. You can check the event program to find out the prices for each concert night.
Location of the Carpa Festival in Fuerteventura
The Carpa Festival takes place in the south of Fuerteventura, in the Sotavento area. The tent is set up at Playa de la Barca, covering a festival area of approximately 1,500 square meters. You can reach this location via the FV-2 road. If arriving via the highway, you’ll need to enter the tourist town of Costa Calma and from there head toward the Meliá Hotel or the René Egli Center via the paved Crisálida road. Alternatively, several dirt tracks connect Costa Calma to the Carpa site. A large parking area is available at the venue.

The Carpa Festival is an Eco-Friendly Event
This festival is committed to environmental responsibility and has taken significant steps to minimize its impact. Some of the initiatives include using sustainable, eco-friendly cups made from polypropylene, as well as biodegradable disposable utensils made from bamboo, compostable paper, and standard paper. The goal is to reduce plastic use and replace it with environmentally friendly alternatives.

- At Padilla Supermarkets – This local supermarket chain, Padilla Supermercados Spar, has ten stores across Fuerteventura, making it easy to find one near you.
- At the Carpa Festival – The last option is to buy your ticket at the on-site box office. However, organizers recommend purchasing in advance using the first or second option to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
