|Natural Park of Corralejo In the northern part of the Island, comprising of wide fields of dunes, and a section of a volcanic cone malpaís (Red Mountain), is the Natural Park of Corralejo. Something threatened by human intrusion, no longer has a significant habitat with plants as the sabulicola uvilla (Zygophyllum fontanesii), the Brusquilla or matomoro (Suaeda vera) and Balancón (Traganum moquinii), addition to the natural park is the best population of hubara canaria (Chlamydotis undulata fuertaventura) of the island.|
