The Center, located in a traditional house, in a small town of Fuerteventura, offers information on various elements of milling employed on the island throughout its history and culture to which it belongs. You can see the rudimentary elements as mortar, hand mill, the part of the bakery and a windmill. Outside the house is the windmill, traditionally used to make the gofio and flour. You can see its operation and output of the mill. To learn more about the integration of these mills in the landscape of the Island, you can visit the windmills of La Oliva, Tefía and Antigua.
